Have you ever felt so overwhelmed that you just don't know what to do or where to start?
Did you get the feeling that the world and everyone in it was out to get you?
Do you feel extreme sadness, loneliness, guilt, regret, and so many emotions that you feel plagued with?
We all go through these questions and emotions. It is how we deal with them is the important thing! We have choices, we can either deal with them so that we can move on healthily or suppress them and deal with
them when we have our breakdown or during out next life.
I am not sure about you.... but I am not so sure if I enjoyed the first wild ride of life and be willing to repeat it to learn the lessons that I am needing.
I have done the suppressing deal...well that doesn't seem to be going well for me because now details are vague, emotions are more intense, and there are more situations that seem to be tied to it....so that means I have more baggage I have to unpack instead of just dealing with it at the time. I feel like I have been on a vacation of a life and bought from every souvenir shop there was.
So now, instead of unpacking my nice little suitcase...I have way more than I left with. I now need to sort through my life and decide what stays, goes in yard sale, and what is just plain garbage. This can be a grueling process for sure...but a necessary one if I don't want twelve bad relationship t-shirts, forty treat me badly please trinkets, and 70 negativity keychains. I didn't even mention the thousands of abuse magnets, 3000 give away my power postcards, and 5000 guilt gadgets. You get what I mean...we all carry so much emotional baggage that serves us no purpose!
Let's start to tidy up our emotional baggage suitcase, to make room for so many new adventures. There are ways to do this...I am going on the self-discovery journey with my mentor guiding, encouraging, and assisting me every step of the way. There are many spiritual healers that will help you cut cords that no longer serve you and deal with your traumas by giving you clarity, confirmation, and closure that you are looking for.
