Do you ever wonder about the legal rights of the deceased?

When death was ruled as accidental but the living world is unable to prove otherwise knowing only a fraction of the story. Criminals are actually "getting away with murder" solely because the deceased lose the ability to voice their version of the event.
We have laws to protect the living, who may have committed the crime, yet the deceased soul is ignored since communication conduits have been altered. The departed soul has the right to peace, justice, closure, and be heard.
What about when a death is ruled accidental in the living world but is actually murder?

Lindsay, as a medium, interacts with countless spirits to express how their deaths occurred. She has validated suspicions which families questioned what really happened? When the families intuition is screaming "this doesn't feel right". Generally, there is something more to the story than what is being said.
Lindsay, upon speaking with the departed, provides clarity by identifying specific details about the death which ordinarily would be only suspected. Spirits are in a position to inform their loved ones more facts about who was involved, what lead up to the death, and actions followed through causing the death.
Spirits tend to be unsettled until justice is served, healing messages delivered, and an understanding of why they are no longer in the living world is crucial to allow them to fully cross over. Unfortunately, the living laws, trump the departed voice to explore different points of view to consider.
Simply taking time to ponder lessons that Lindsay experiences frequently in her readings to provide closure to both the living and the dead.
